  BIOGRAPHY: Margaret Price in her corrections to family tree, dated 25 Oct 1997 says that her mother always referred to John as Jake. He suffered from tuberculosis (or consumption as it was then called) and spent spriods in Kingussie, Inverness-shire where the mountain air was beneficial.
